Nice friendly event
Could be quicker in posting results
A good grass roots, back to basics, running event.
This was the smallest 10k event I have ever taken part in, but I enjoyed it. I suspect that some are put off by the fact that it is a four lap event, so a bit repetitive. But it was well organised, the marshals were friendly and supportive (despite rubbish weather), and the other runners were friendly. This event deserves more support.
Well organised - scenic and enjoyable run
I really enjoyed this run, it was well organised and welcoming. The route was through woodland and on grass, no care anywhere near which I enjoyed. The marshalls all gave their encouragement on the route. My only issue (and it's a minor one) is that the completion medal at the end wasn't event specific, but that's not the real reason I did the run. All in all it was a good one, and one that deserves to be better supported. I'll certainly run this event again next year
Good fun, nice race
Well marshalled and friendly traffic free race
Wasn't overly keen on four laps however I prefer laps in order to have traffic free event.
Great potential
Considering it was a late change of venue it was a good event. If next year it is 2 laps including part of the golf course it would be awesome. A digital clock on the start/finish line would be good. It was nice to run mostly off road without being up to your arm pits in mud. The voucher for tea/coffee after was good much better than free water at this time of year.My wife enjoyed watching from the car while doing her knitting and listening to the radio!!

The cup of tea afterwards made the event more socialble than the average run.
Not the best of routes, but I understand the reason for the change and short notice.
